One of the main differences between men and women is that women expect men to read their minds and if a man misreads her actions or words there’s all hell to pay. Men on the other hand typically prefer to say and do what they mean to avoid misunderstandings. Naive men assume women are just rational human beings doing and saying what they mean, as they grow older they realize that women act and say things that are often the complete opposite of what they mean expecting you to know exactly what they’re thinking.

You don’t sound like you have a lot of experience with men. We mostly joke around about only thinking about beer/food/sex in the same way that women mostly joke about only thinking about shopping/shoes/gossip.
Behind the stereotypes most men are constantly thinking about this or that. And it wildly depends on the individual. Some men are rather dull and mostly think about work. Other men have their heads in the clouds thinking about robots or fighting monsters or whatever. Most men are somewhere in between. Some men think a lot about whats going on in the world. And almost every man has one or more interests that they obsess over. For a lot of men they obsess over sports which seems dull to me personally but whatever. And a lot of men obsess over science and technology even when they’re not scientists, always reading up on the latest inventions and gadgets and scientific discoveries.
And yes, some men really do only think about beer/food/sex but they are in the extreme minority. Even the stupidest of men are rarely so simple minded. Maybe if you got to know some more men before judging them. Or maybe you’re just naturally attracted to dumbass meatheads so they’re the only men you talk to. I personally believe that the example when the young girls are speaking only applies to, well, young girls. I am fourteen myself, and usually think these kind of expressions are illogical, because men can theorize them beyond what the young girls can, because many young girls are to obsessed in making themselves perfect for men that they don’t think about anything else.
I can rationalize anything, I can look at things from both perspectives. Yes, women may think men are insensitive because they don’t show their emotions that much, and man may think women are illogical for expressing their emotions too much.
On one hand, I am much smarter than 70% of boys in my school, who only think of football, XBox and fighting (and sex), many of them don’t know what ‘advantageous’ means, which had me almost gashing my eyes out. Then on the other, I know guys that are also just as smart as me. Illogical and logical are two sides of the same coins, all that is needed is to be able to see one side from the other, to understand what you are opposite of.

I for one am thankful an embrace the differences between men and women. I’ve been married for 20 years, and together with her for a total of 26 years. How about we put blame on the previous history of men/women, and how their relations were? Yes, women can be very confusing at times, but a lot has to do with them using their brains to think on different areas of things, and to an extent, for different purposes.
For example, emotionally, they are on a different plane, and do emotionally mature quicker than males, but that can also be a vice, due to “letting emotions get the best of them”. They also tend to be more detail oriented, and focus more on helping others, and keeping things secure, while men have a more lone wolf mentality, or tend to be more “i’m a man, i’m strong, I can handle myself” attitude.
Sorry for the random bit, and it’s not the case in everyone, but on an overall general basis.

One of the main differences between men and women is that women expect men to read their minds and if a man misreads her actions or words there’s all hell to pay. Men on the other hand typically prefer to say and do what they mean to avoid misunderstandings. You don’t sound like you have a lot of experience with men. We mostly joke around about only thinking about beer/food/sex in the same way that women mostly joke about only thinking about shopping/shoes/gossip.
Behind the stereotypes most men are constantly thinking about this or that. And it wildly depends on the individual. Some men are rather dull and mostly think about work. Other men have their heads in the clouds thinking about robots or fighting monsters or whatever. Most men are somewhere in between. Some men think a lot about whats going on in the world. And almost every man has one or more interests that they obsess over. For a lot of men they obsess over sports which seems dull to me personally but whatever. And a lot of men obsess over science and technology even when they’re not scientists, always reading up on the latest inventions and gadgets and scientific discoveries.
And yes, some men really do only think about beer/food/sex but they are in the extreme minority. Even the stupidest of men are rarely so simple minded. Maybe if you got to know some more men before judging them. Or maybe you’re just naturally attracted to dumbass meatheads so they’re the only men you talk to. Or maybe men don’t feel comfortable talking to you about their real thoughts and interests because you’re a judgmental bitch.

I personally believe that the example when the young girls are speaking only applies to, well, young girls. I am fourteen myself, and usually think these kind of expressions are illogical, because men can theorize them beyond what the young girls can, because many young girls are to obsessed in making themselves perfect for men that they don’t think about anything else.
I can rationalize anything, I can look at things from both perspectives. Yes, women may think men are insensitive because they don’t show their emotions that much, and man may think women are illogical for expressing their emotions too much.
On one hand, I am much smarter than 70% of boys in my school, who only think of football, XBox and fighting (and sex), many of them don’t know what ‘advantageous’ means, which had me almost gashing my eyes out. Then on the other, I know guys that are also just as smart as me. Illogical and logical are two sides of the same coins, all that is needed is to be able to see one side from the other, to understand what you are opposite of.
In all honest, I don’t agree with sexism, although I see why it exists, generally by media influence and pop music, and also our past. I’m not illogical at all, not all women are, and not all men are unemotional, well, actually they do have emotion but naturally don’t like to express it unlike when women can literally raise hell on one subject without a thought.

I think its because in the more normal places where men are used to dealing with irrational women they develop a bitter ‘tired of this shit’ attitude towards women. I for one am thankful an embrace the differences between men and women. I’ve been married for 20 years, and together with her for a total of 26 years. There is a definite difference in the genders, but that is what, if understood, only compliments these difference. Yes, sometimes they clash, with clear communication it can be overcome. How about we put blame on the previous history of men/women, and how their relations were? Yes, women can be very confusing at times, but a lot has to do with them using their brains to think on different areas of things, and to an extent, for different purposes.
For example, emotionally, they are on a different plane, and do emotionally mature quicker than males, but that can also be a vice, due to “letting emotions get the best of them”. They also tend to be more detail oriented, and focus more on helping others, and keeping things secure, while men have a more lone wolf mentality, or tend to be more “i’m a man, i’m strong, I can handle myself” attitude.
Sorry for the random bit, and it’s not the case in everyone, but on an overall general basis.

Men and Women are wired differently. Neither is “superior” in all areas. Women are emotional, beautiful, and externally validated.
Men are logical, strong, and internally validated. When a Man behaves as a man, and a Woman behaves as a Woman, they can’t help but have a natural sexual tension and chemistry. This is nature at work.
